EHR-MDS APIs - Error Responses

Error responses have been standardized across all EHR-MDS endpoints. The following HTTP error responses are now included for each endpoint:
400 Bad Request- Returned when the request is invalid or fails validation.401 Unauthorized - Invalid Token- Returned when the provided authentication token is invalid.403 Forbidden- Returned when the user does not have permission to access the resource.
The 400 Bad Request response includes a structured error schema containing additional details such as trace identifiers, timestamps, and validation errors.
