EHR-MDS APIs – Resolved Issues and Improvements

The following fixes have been applied to the Get Assessment Template By Id end point:

  • The response_text field in the API response now consistently returns content and is no longer empty.
  • Timeout issues have been resolved through performance optimizations.

Additionally, multiple known issues have been addressed and resolved.
